36 - After any semicolon the proceeding should be able to be used as a full/complete sentence. You can’t do that here so eliminate choices C & D. Colons are usually used between independent clauses like semicolons, lists, or emphasizing something. So your answer is B.
43 - The dash is correct because it emphasizes and explains the first clause. A comma doesn’t serve this purpose here.

15 - Use a calculator to graph it out. You are left with choices A and B. You can use the calculator to trace the interception point. If you don’t know how to do that, just plug in the best points. Just looking at the graphs, we can estimate the graph roughly meets (1,20) in choice A and (1,5) in choice B. Plug these values into original equation y=6(pi)x^2. You know pi is approx 3.14 so (1,20) satisfies this best.
